Eyþór is the founder of HSE Consulting and works as a consultant. He holds a master's degree in environmental engineering from Aalborg University and has worked on the implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 with domestic and foreign corporations. Eyþór has been in the business for a long time, but before HSE Consulting, he trained with Aston Villa's first team and traveled on a helicopter between oil platforms in the North Sea.

Lilja works as a consultant. She holds a master's degree in nutrition and is also licensed as a nutritionist from the Ministry of Health. She has extensive experience in quality, environmental, safety and health systems from the food industry and has, among other things, implemented standards and managed audits. Lilja has previously volunteered with the Red Cross, taught Zumba and practiced piano when she was younger.

Þóra works as a consultant. She has a master's degree in strategic managment and has worked in research within the Icelandic food sector. She has, among other things, specialised in challenges with implementation, change and quality management as well as gender equality. ISO standards are one of her areas of expertise. Þóra graduated from collage at the top of her class and she also practiced gymnastics for a long time with good reputation.

Þorsteinn works as a consultant. He is qualified as an APME project manager, has extensive experience in practical construction and has worked for a long time in safety and environmental issues. In addition, Þorsteinn worked as a firefighter where he also trained Afghan firefighters and managed process and planning at Kabul airport. Þorsteinn plays guitar and was active in bands in Suðurnes, many years ago.

Dagbjört works as a customer service representative. Her main goal is to make SSG's customers  in Iceland happy and simplify their life. Dagbjört is educated as a carer and has worked in various service and care work. Dagbjört practiced figure skating with good reputation when she was younger, but today she likes to spend her leisure time with her family.

Niels is a consultant and co-owner of HSE Consulting. He has studied for a Masters in Health and Safety Management at Loughborough University as well as having a BSc in Geography. Niels has years of extensive experience as a contractor, contractor and consultant in the management of quality, safety, environmental and sustainability issues. The world of sports plays a big role in Niels' interests and his ambition lies in helping clients and individuals to achieve their goals.
